The Bread Gal Bakery does more than just bake fresh delicious bread! We help nourish the community in which we live. We donate to a number of organizations including local food pantries and charitable programs that feed the community.

The Bread Gal also provides surplus product to the inspiring Toast Ale Brewing Company in New York. Toast is on a mission to prove that a solution to food waste can be pint-sized and delicious. They brew award winning craft beer in the Hudson Valley with surplus bread that would have otherwise gone to waste. As a certified B Corp they pour 100% of their profit into food waste charities. Here's to eating your bread and drinking it too!
