The Bread Gal Bakery does more than just bake fresh delicious bread! We help nourish the community in which we live.  At the end of the production day, our bread surplus is donated to the inspiring Toast Ale Brewing Company in New York.  
Toast is on a mission to prove that a solution to food waste can be pint-sized and delicious. They brew award winning craft beer in the Hudson Valley with surplus bread that would have otherwise gone to waste. As a certified B Corp they pour 100% of their profit into food waste charities. Their American Pale Ale, West Coast Style IPA, and Craft Lager can be found in NY and MA at Whole Foods Market, Shake Shack, Lincoln Center, and many wonderful independent restaurants.
The Bread Gal is proud to donate its bread surplus to such a worthwhile organization.
