The Bread Gal Bakery has a commitment to baking fresh artisan bread daily.

Each day additional bread is donated to local shelters, churches and other organizations in our community.

We use only the finest and freshest ingredients, and purchase locally whenever possible.

For example, our rosemary, onions and blueberries all come from a farm in upstate New York. We also patronize local businesses for other ingredients and supplies.
